At my local community services district in Elk Grove, CA, we offer several cooking classes which I teach. They are:
Edible Art
this class is
for children, to encourage them to eat healthy food by having them create fun and exciting dishes
Cooking a Family Feast
this class is to help encourage both parents and children to prepare the meals together
Let's Wok and Roll
this class is for the adults who want to learn how to create delicious dishes using the wok and to create dishes that need to be rolled (sushi, egg rolls, spring rolls, etc)
